一、購買流程（五步完成）
(1) 瀏覽商品：選擇福袋、葫蘆、招財樹、手串、山鬼花錢、金剛結紅繩等，查看規格、寓意、擺放 / 佩戴方法。
(2) 加入購物車：確認規格、數量，加入購物車。
(3) 結賬填寫資訊：填寫收件人、電話、完整收件地址（跨境配送，地址務必準確）。
(4) 確認訂單並付款：核對商品、金額、收件資訊；物流、海關及稅費已合併至總金額並單獨列明，選擇支付寶 / 微信支付完成付款。
(5) 發貨與收貨：付款成功後採購期 3–7 天，發貨後提供物流編號；正常配送5–20 天（視清關效率），收到產品確認滿意即可。
二、重要注意事項
- 發貨與物流：現采現發，採購期3–7 天；跨境小包直郵，配送5–20 天，清關時間無法控制，敬請耐心。
- 支付方式：人民幣結算，僅支持支付寶、微信支付，暫不接受其他方式。
- 限購規則：每用戶每次限購1 個套餐；上一訂單完成、收貨後 14 天無退款，方可再次購買；超出限購將全額退款。
- 色差與天然特性：天然材質存在輕微色差、紋理、冰裂、礦點，屬正常現象，介意請勿下單。
- 地區銷售限制：因跨境風控，部分國家 / 地區可能暫停銷售，頁面實時更新；已付款不在配送區域將全額退款。

1. Purchase Process (5 Steps)
- Browse Products: Choose Lucky Bags, Gourds, Money Trees, Bracelets, Mountain Ghost Coins, Vajra Knot Red Strings, etc. View specifications, meanings and usage instructions.
- Add to Cart: Confirm specifications and quantity, add to cart.
- Checkout: Enter recipient name, phone number and complete shipping address (accurate address required for cross-border delivery).
- Confirm & Pay: Verify items, amount and shipping details. Shipping, customs and tax fees are included in the total and listed separately. Pay via Alipay / WeChat.
- Shipping & Delivery: 3–7 days procurement period after payment. Tracking number provided upon dispatch. Normal delivery: 5–20 days (subject to customs clearance). Confirm satisfaction upon receipt.
2. Important Notes
- Shipping & Logistics: Made-to-order; procurement 3–7 days. Shipped via cross-border air mail; delivery 5–20 days. Customs processing time beyond our control.
- Payment: RMB only. Alipay / WeChat Pay only. No other payment methods accepted.
- Purchase Limits: 1 package per user per order. Next purchase allowed 14 days after delivery and no refunds on the previous order. Excess orders will be fully refunded.
- Color & Natural Variations: Natural materials may have minor color differences, textures, cracks or mineral spots. Normal and not considered defects.
- Regional Restrictions: Some countries/regions may be temporarily unavailable due to cross-border risk control. Updated in real time. Paid orders to unsupported regions will be fully refunded.
