退貨退款政策

本店開運物品屬「私人緣起物」,為保障雙方權益,依跨境交易特性制定以下退貨退款政策,請下單前詳閱。
一、退款規則
14 天無條件退款:
收到產品後14 天內可申請無條件退款。僅退商品本金,已代收之跨境物流、海關及稅費不予退還。申請通過後,產品由用戶自行處置,本店不回收。
發貨錯誤 / 品質問題:
因本店錯發、損壞、瑕疵、嚴重不符,可全額退款(含代收之物流、海關及稅費),需提供清晰照片 / 影片證據。
未發貨取消:
訂單未發貨,因風控、限購、用戶申請取消,全額退款(含代收之物流、海關及稅費)。
地區 / 限購風控:
已付款但目的地不在配送範圍、超出限購,全額退款(含代收之物流、海關及稅費)。
二、不適用退款情形
超過14 天無條件退款期限
人為損壞、自行修改、污損、配件遺失
輕微色差、天然紋理、尺寸微小差異(天然材質正常現象)
已使用、佩戴、擺放過之產品(私人緣起物特性)
物流延遲、清關滯留(非本店責任,以物流 / 海關資訊為準)
三、退款流程
聯繫客服,提供訂單編號、問題說明、照片 / 影片證據
客服審核(工作日 1–3 天)
審核通過後,退款原路返回支付帳戶(支付寶 / 微信)
退款到賬:3–7 個工作日(視支付平台)
四、重要備註
物流、海關及稅費已在付款頁合併至總金額並單獨列明,由本店代收,實際費用以目的地清關政策為準。
開運物品為私人緣起物,不支持二次銷售,無條件退款不回收產品。
爭議優先友好協商,協商不成以本店所在地法律為準。
Return & Refund Policy

Our lucky items are considered personal spiritual items. To protect both parties’ rights, we have formulated the following policy based on cross-border transaction rules. Please read carefully before ordering.
1. Refund Rules
- 14-Day Unconditional Refund: Request a full refund of product price only within 14 days of receipt. Shipping, customs and tax fees paid will not be refunded. After approval, you keep the item; we do not accept returns.
- Shipping Error / Quality Issue: Full refund (including shipping, customs and tax fees) for wrong items, damage, defects or misdescription. Clear photos/videos required.
- Unshipped Cancellation: Full refund (including shipping, customs and tax fees) for unshipped orders due to risk control, purchase limits or user cancellation.
- Region / Purchase Limit: Full refund (including shipping, customs and tax fees) for paid orders to unsupported regions or exceeding limits.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- Exceeding the 14-day unconditional refund window
- Man-made damage, modification, staining or missing parts
- Minor color difference, natural texture or slight size variation (normal for natural materials)
- Items worn, used or displayed (personal spiritual item policy)
- Shipping delays or customs holds (not our responsibility; subject to carrier/customs information)
3. Refund Process
- Contact support with order number, issue description and photo/video evidence
- Review (1–3 working days)
- Approved refunds are returned via original payment method (Alipay / WeChat)
- Refund processing: 3–7 business days (subject to payment platform)
4. Important Notes
Disputes will be resolved amicably. If unresolved, governed by the laws of our jurisdiction.
Shipping, customs and tax fees are included in the total amount and listed separately at checkout, collected on our behalf. Final fees are subject to local customs policy.
Lucky items are personal spiritual goods and not eligible for resale. Unconditional refunds do not require returns.
